MECC has been in the residential arena for 87 years. In 1937, residential heating was all that our previous company Norwest Heating, Inc. did, considering that air conditioning had only been recently invented by Carrier in 1901.
Over the years, our family has been caring for the homes of countless friends & customers. We are not residential contractors that dabble in the commercial & industrial market, we are the real deal. We are blessed to care for the homes of many amazing people & are honored to do so.
MECC has partnered with Trane, to provide premium quality residential HVAC&R solutions. We have everything from the builder’s series systems to the most elaborate, super high efficiency equipment available. Each home has a different need or goal & “nobody does it better” than MECC & Trane.

It does feel good to step onto a warm floor when you get out of bed. It is super nice to not have to shovel the snow & ice. It is amazing to work under equipment on a warm & dry floor. What else can we say?
The original & best form of heat was boiler radiator & baseboard technology. It still is and many do not have it but you can, if we plan wisely early on for your construction & renovation projects.
